Directions to Campus and the Chemistry Department

Campus Map
The University provides a PDF map, as well as a dynamic map showing accessibility features on campus. You can also take a virtual tour of campus.

Metro
Catholic University has its own stop (called "Brookland/CUA") on the Red Line of the DC Metro. As you exit the Metro station through the platform turnstiles, take the tunnel to the left to reach street level next to the University. The campus entrance will be on your left, just across John McCormack Road, as you leave the stairs or escalator.

Driving Directions
The University provides detailed driving directions to the Catholic University campus. Parking is at a premium at Catholic University, but there are metered spaces in front of Mullen Library, next to the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception ("the Shrine"), and along John McCormack Road, on the east side of campus. Three-hour free parking is also available along Harewood Road, on the west side of campus, but the city time limits should be carefully observed.

Our Building
The Department of Chemistry is located in the lower level of the Nursing-Biology Building
